Healthy Eating With KitchenAid Food Processors
Monday, February 1, 2010 |
If you are into healthy eating, you really shouldn't be without a food processor. Many think a food processor is the same thing as a blender; but this just isn't the case. They can do so much more than a blender and it can really help you eat better. The great part about them is that they allow you to prepare fruits, vegetables and other healthy foods very quickly. The main reason why most people don't eat healthy is because they don't have the time or energy to prepare such foods. This time saver appliance makes preparing these healthy foods very easy; and fun.
Fruits and Vegetables
When you stick fruits and vegetables in the blender, they are obliterated into some sort of juice. A food processor can do so much more with fruits and vegetables. You can chop, slice, and dice fruits and vegetables depending on your needs. If you didn't one, you would have to chop all those fruits and vegetables by hand. Who has that kind of time? That's not to mention the mess you'll make and the possible cuts you can get on your hands. These machines are neat, efficient and, bottom line, it's the best thing you can have in your kitchen when it comes to healthy eating.
Soups, Smoothies and More
This appliance can also help you prepare healthy soups, smoothies, gravies and other foods in a way a blender never could. You can even grate cheese and crumble stale bread into bread crumbs. As long as you have your ingredients, your healthy eating cookbook and your food processor; you are ready to prepare any healthy food as soon as you need it. Whether you're eating for one, or you're preparing food for your entire family, nothing performs quite like these machines.
There are many cookbooks designed specially for those who enjoy healthy eating with one of these appliances. Anyone who cares about their health, and truly cares about what goes into his or her body, should have a one and know how to use it. There are many functions on even the most standard machine, so you should be able to find a function that prepares food just like you like it.
If you've never used a food processor before, and you're curious about how it can help you keep up with your healthy eating, simply get one and you'll see just how fun and easy they are to use. In fact, you'll probably wonder why you didn't get one sooner; as there's nothing like these appliances when it comes to preparing healthy, easy to fix meals that taste great. Get yourself a KitchenAid 9 Cup Food Processor or give one to a friend so that they can enjoy healthy eating too.

That feels like a fluff piece. There are a lot of rosy assumptions tossed off (amazon has a "wonderful user experience", will decide to forgo 30 percent of the return; so that it can pass the money along to the author, etc.).Some of the turns off phrase are very reminiscent of the things said by the rep from whichever publishig house is trying to create a POD outlet for itself.
