You can visit the production section of the local grocery store where the variety of vegetables and fruits are stored and get some recipes on cooking the rare vegetables which you have not used before. By doing so you will be introducing your children to a healthy food. If you want to give new flavor to your meal you can also experiment with fresh herbs and vegetables.

If you cook healthy food on a daily basis then you can prepare healthy nutritious meals faster. Try also using these healthy foods in the exotic recipes that you prepare. These healthy foods can be prepared in advance and store it for later use. When the frozen food is prepared by yourself then, you need not worry about the artificial additives or preservatives.

This can help you in two ways, one way is spending time with them and the other thing is you are making them know how to live long life healthily.
