High Cholesterol is the effect of faulty eating habits. People love eating junk foods and have made it as their regular diet. Whole grains, fruits like oranges, strawberries, green vegetables etc should be consumed daily to reduce the cholesterol levels from the body.

Therefore educating yourself regarding the foods to be consumed to reduce cholesterol is very important as even the smallest changes in your eating habits can make lots of difference on your health and on cholesterol levels.
